601 113 - HVAC Systems Design |
In this course the student designs air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems for commercial buildings. The building may be an office building, school, hotel, etc. The student performs room by room load calculations, duct layout and pipe sizing, and equipment selection. This course runs concurrently with Drafting HVAC (601-117). The system is designed in accordance with the International Code as modified bythe state of Wisconsin.
