Introduction to theory and practice of group dynamics in the treatment field. Knowledge areas covered are: types of groups, ethical considerations, effective group leadership, andstages of group development. Learners will record and critique practice in the lab setting, will function as group members, and must demonstrate effective group facilitation skills.
