In this course we will learn the skills set for managing employee performance including coaching, disciplining, and evaluating employees. In addition, the course will review employee rewards and compensation related to the determination ofemployee wages, incentives, and benefits. Specific topics covered include job evaluation systems, strategic compensation plans, payroll and individual and group incentive plans.
